Once you are ready to place your Prez BaRock order, enter the quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. If you have not created an account or logged in during this session, you will then be prompted to do so in order for us to determine whether you are a new or existing customer.

You will then be taken to the shopping cart screen where you can enter any relevant promotion or referral codes or discounts, continue shopping or click on "Proceed to Checkout." During the Checkout process, you will simply need to enter your shipping address, credit card information (via a secure payment process) and confirm your order. You have now begun your own journey of doing your part in spreading DemRockracy.

Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping is sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. The standard shipping and handling charge is $6.95 for single units and $9.95 for twin packs.

Expedited Shipping
We offer expedited 2-day shipping via FedEx and other premium carriers. The expedited shipping chargeis $20.00 for single units and $25 for twin packs.

Where is Your Order?
With the exception of expedited orders, most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-10 business days. If it has been more than 10 days and your order has yet to arrive, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes..if that doesn't work, contact us by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If You Are Not Home
It is up to the driver's discretion whether to drop it off at your doorstep or with a building manager or doorman. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable", you should get a full refund unless it is determined the order was improperly "refused." These undeliverable orders will not be resent. A new order must be placed.

Can I Ship to A.P.O. Box, or APO/ FPO Address?
At present, we ship these orders via USPS.

Can I Ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Yes. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart.

Canceling or Changing An Order

Terms And Conditions Of Personal Bailout Program
Beginning at the close of January 2010 and on a monthly basis as long as there are at least 100 Personal Bailout submissions accrued, the Prez BaRock team will select a recipient to award a one-time Personal Bailout Package to in the amount of up to $1000.00. The recipient(s) will be chosen for creative photos of their Prez BaRock along with clever submissions/postings within the Prez BaRock Community.
THE PREZ BAROCK PERSONAL BAILOUT PROGRAM ("PROGRAM") IS OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE THE REQUIRED LEGAL CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE GOODS. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Program Termination.
Rockme Novelties LLC. (hereinafter the "Company" or "Rockme") reserves the right in its sole discretion, for any reason, to terminate the Program by giving notice to this effect by means of a posting on the homepage of www.prezbarock.com and/or via another method of notice, as deemed appropriate by Company in its sole discretion. 13. Legally Binding. You hereby agree that this Agreement and all the terms herein shall be binding upon you and your estate, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns.

14. Extraordinary Events/Technical Difficulties. You specifically agree to hold Rockme Novelties LLC harmless from any and all claims, and agree that Rockme Novelties LLC shall not be liable for any loss, actual or perceived, caused directly or indirectly by government regulation, exchange or market regulation, suspension of trading, war, strike, equipment failure, communication line failure, system failure, security failure on the Internet, unauthorized access, theft, or any problem, technological or otherwise, that might prevent you from entering or Rockme Novelties LLC from executing an order, or other conditions beyond our control. Furthermore, in a technical environment, should an error occur with respect to the tracking of any order or order entry, the true, actual and correct transaction or position will be restored. 15. The Laws of the State of Washington Govern/Assignment. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Rockme Novelties LLC and its successors, assigns and agents. 16. Agreement to Arbitrate Controversies. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to prezbarock.com or to products you purchase through prezbarock.com or by phone shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Washington State, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Rockme Novelties LLC intellectual property rights, Rockme Novelties LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Washington and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

17. Waiver. Except as specifically permitted in this Agreement, no provision or condition of this Agreement can be, nor should be deemed to be, waived, altered, modified or amended unless agreed to in writing by an authorized officer of Rockme Novelties LLC.

18. Amendments; Entire Agreement. You understand that access to and your use of your account constitutes your consent to and agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this Account Agreement. Rockme Novelties LLC may at any time revise these terms and conditions by updating the Account Agreement. You agree to be bound by subsequent revisions and agree to review the Account Agreement periodically for changes to the terms and conditions of the Account Agreement. The most up to date version of the Account Agreement will always be available for your review on the website.
